Refunds
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with clear images.
- Once the product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Returns
- Products must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
